This room is the owner’s favourite spot on the grounds overlooking the pool/lounge area with a private terrace.

With a beautiful plush queen size bed, a couple of Adirondack chairs on your private deck that looks out onto the lake and the pool, this room checks all the boxes of a good time in the County.

The Ten is about as close to the lake as you can get on the Lakeside’s property. Tuck into the mini-fridge and enjoy the wines you discovered while exploring P.E.C.

If you’re looking for some extra space the bungalow is a perfect choice.
Two bedrooms, each sporting a Queen sized bed, a sleek and modern bathroom, a full kitchen, living room and lots of private outdoor space with your own fire-pit, private deck and dining area. If you think you might need more than the two bedrooms this unit has a separate bunkie featuring a double bed, chaise lounge, tv and fireplace, a modern detached bedroom that offers a little more seclusion.

ASIDES

All pets staying at the motel are an additional fee of $50 per pet and must include a certificate of all up to date shots.

Each stay is permitted 1 car per room and each house is permitted 2 cars. Additional cars are $35 per.

Cot / Exceeding Occupancy is $100 per person/night, and cannot exceed occupancy by more than 1 person per unit type.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Once you’ve picked your accommodations and you’re ready to reserve, all you’ve gotta do is fill out the forms and get ready for your visit!
Cancellation policy: You may change or cancel your reservation for no charge until 3:00 p.m. fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. If changes/cancelled less than 14 days (336 hours) prior to check-in date you will forfeit your deposit (50% of booking). Any changes/cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be charged for 100% of the booking. Room insurance is non refundable and must be purchased at the time of booking. This insurance will allow you to cancel your reservation up until the day you arrive for a credit with Lakeside which is valid for one year from your original booking date. Insurance can only be used to rebook your stay one time within the specified year. Credit from Room Insurance may only be used to book accommodations - may not be applied to any other resort amenities including but not limited to cabana rentals, bike or canoe rentals, sauna, pool day passes, restaurant, Lakeside Shoppe et al. Reservations that have been rebooked are unable to be altered after activating the insurance. Also in Addition if you have opted out of Room insurance you acknowledge that you will have to abide by the cancellation policy listed above and will be unable to make any last minute cancellations outside cancellation window for any reason including Covid related emergencies such as Lockdowns or diagnoses or any other Emergency and you will not be eligible for the credit offered with the purchase of the emergency insurance. We do not accept phone cancellations, cancellations must be made via the online portal or via email, reservations will remain valid until cancellation confirmation is received and acknowledged. Policy is subject to change.

GROUP BOOKING DEPOSIT STRUCTURE (4+ ROOMS): 50% deposit of room cost is required upon booking, 25% of the deposit is non-refundable at the time of booking. If you don’t book a flexible rate, you may not be entitled to a refund. Your cancellation request will be handled by the property, based on your chosen policy and consumer law where applicable. During times of uncertainty, we recommend booking an option with free cancellation. If your plans change, you can cancel free of charge until free cancellation expires.

ROOM POLICIES

• 4pm - 6pm check in on weekdays, 4pm - 9pm on weekends | 11am check out.

• Office hours are from 9am – 5pm on Sunday - Thursday, 9am - 7pm Friday - Saturday. If you need to arrange late arrivals & early departures in advance, just let us know!

• Though we love all pets, there is limited availability for VIPs. Please inquire with the office for reservations including your Very Important Pets. Also note that all stays with pets require a record of vaccination against rabies - no exceptions.

• Service animals are always welcome! Just bring their documents along for reference.

• No smoking in the rooms(of any kind, no matter how legal it is now…!).

• In the unlikely event that some personal items of yours become lost, damaged or stolen - we can’t take responsibility for that. However, we promise to be very bummed about it with you.

• Unfortunately, if you break or damage anything of ours - we’ve gotta charge it to your card. It’s only fair.

• Coffee & tea are available for you folks looking to get extra crazy.

• Bikes are available for persons over the age of 16 on a first come first serve basis.

• Please use bikes at your own risk aka please know how to bike and please use a helmet!

• Canoes are available for folks over the age of 16 on a first come first serve basis.

• Management approval is required for bikes, canoes & fires, you rascals!

LAKE RULES

• No lifeguard on duty! It’s a private waterfront so it’s up to you to keep an eye on all big and little folks running around and enjoying the beautiful lake.

• All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

• In case of emergency, we have a phone at the office and also - everyone has cellphones. If you need help, just ask!

• Do not swim or canoe or cycle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol! Save that for your friend’s cottage(no judgment…!)

• All pyros/fire enthusiasts/romantic types looking to get cozy by one of the fire pits, just reach out to management for permission and supplies. All fires must be started and extinguished by a member of our staff, no exceptions.

• Life jackets & helmets at all times, People! Don’t make us nervous!
