$325 minimum spend + 13% hst + 20% stocking fee
minimum spend is set for 6 guests.
let us know if you have a larger group we would be happy to provide you the minimum spend cost for your group size.
All PM cabanas are equipped with their own fire pits. when burn permits are granted.
No outside food or drink
No Smoking

Food from our restaurant and drinks purchased from within the cabana itself go towards the minimum spend. 
additional ALCOHOLIC beverages purchased from the restaurant or bar do not apply to the minimum spend.
Pool access is not included in your booking, you can purchase pool access and it will be applied to your minimum spend.

$150 security deposit at the time of booking

72-hour cancellation policy required

1 parking spot is included, additional spots are subject to a fee.

if a cabana is left unattended, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Deposit policy: A $150 security authorization is taken at time of booking and is released once the cabana is inspected after checkout.

If damages to the cabana or items taken from the cabana are greater than the security deposit The Lakeside Motel is authorized to charge the credit card on file.
