Afternoon/Evening
Check-in at Huff Estates Inn. Explore Oeno Gallery or relax in their tasting room with a glass of wine. We’ll send you dinner recommendations to some of our favourite local restaurants (dinner not included in ticket price).
Saturday, November 12
Morning
Enjoy a complimentary breakfast at Huff Estates Inn. After, take a deep dive into the cellar with Keith Tyers at Closson Chase and Dan Sullivan at Rosehall Run. Learn the art of barrel blending, then enjoy a wine of your creation with a delicious lunch prepared by Chef Rachel Bies. Half the group will visit Closson Chase and half the group will visit Rosehall Run, switching places on Sunday morning.
Afternoon
Participate in a culinary herb workshop at Carson’s Garden + Market with Carson Arthur. Carson is Canada's go-to gardening expert. He is part of the Cityline team and his shows appear on networks such as HGTV, ION, Global, Discovery, and Hallmark; he contributes to multiple publications, including The Toronto Sun and Outdoor Lifestyle magazine; and is the author of ‘Garden Designs for Outdoor Living’ and ‘Vegetables, Chickens and Bees’.
Evening
Complimentary round-trip shuttle from Huff Estates to a private venue near Closson Chase. The highlight of the weekend, enjoy a multi-course winemakers dinner prepared by Chef Matt DeMille. Keith and Dan will be in attendance to pour some exceptional bottles and speak about the wines. The evening will conclude with a live performance from VILLAS, County-based musical duo Melissa Larkin and D’Ari Lisle.
Sunday, November 13
