CONSTRUCTING SPACE brings together the work of five celebrated Canadian abstract painters: David Cantine, Milly Ristvedt, Charles Robb (Charles Robert Bush), Otto Rogers, and David Sorensen.

Through grids, planes, colour fields, expressive forms, and carefully constructed compositions, each artist explores the relationship between abstraction, structure, and space. Together, their works demonstrate how colour and form can create depth, balance, rhythm, and powerful spatial experiences on a two-dimensional surface.

Constructing Space is on view at Oeno Gallery from September 12 to November 8, 2026.

Opening Reception: Saturday, September 12, 2–4 pm.
