Since opening in 2019, The Elmbrook Farm has become a beloved part of Prince Edward County’s local food landscape—delivering to residents, markets, and retailers across the region, and handcrafting more than 100,000 sourdough bagels along the way.

Led by Marie of The Elmbrook Farm, this immersive and interactive workshop will guide you through the timeless art of sourdough baking. Learn to make organic sourdough bread and bagels from scratch, discover the secrets to achieving a golden crust and perfect crumb, and gain the confidence to continue baking at home.

Your ticket includes a seasonal drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and a charcuterie board featuring local treats to enjoy as you bake.
